Hotel Check-In & Check-Out Times:
- Check-In: 2:00 PM.
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
As per the Government regulations due to security reasons, it is Mandatory that:
- All foreign nationals need to carry a valid passport, visa / work permit and need to be presented at the time of check-in which will be checked and verified by the relevant authorities.
- All Indian nationals have to present a government-approved valid photo ID proof and address details at the time of check-in.
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Reservation Policy:
Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or authorized online/offline travel agents. A valid credit/debit card, cash, online payment or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.
Child age up to 5 (0-5) is complimentary.
Bookings – 100% payment or a deposit is required at the time of reservation for stay and safari.
Cancellations – Refunds calculated based on the total booking amount as follows:
- 7 days and less - 100% cancellation fee.
- 8 days to 21 days - 60% cancellation fee.
- 21 days to 35 days - 30% cancellation fee.
- 35 days and above - 20% cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation.
No amendments can be made once the booking is confirmed.
Visitors Policy:
For safety and security of our guests, no guest visitors will be permitted post 2030 hrs within the room premises. The room guest will incur additional charges for all visitors staying beyond 2030 hrs. Registration is compulsory for all visitors staying in the premises.
